Minimum hours per space is 1.5hrs. Second space on same heating circuit attracts 50% discount.
For-profit groups subject to surcharge of 30%-50%.
One-off bookings out of coffee bar opening times, may incur additional warden costs. The only exception is when the hirer can identify a suitable Wesley keyholder willing to steward the event as a volunteer.
An Audio Visual system is available in the Worship Area. An additional charge will be levied on top of the lettings rate. The only exception is when the hirer can identify a suitable Wesley Steward who is willing to operate the system as a volunteer.
A Display monitor with HDMI connector is available for groups to use in the Coffee Bar or Sunshine Room. An additional charge will be levied on top of the lettings rate.
Rehearsal time
Lettings rates for rehearsal time related to a performance are by negotiation. For concert bookings, if the church organ needs to be tuned, the indicative costs would be £175.
Evening Refreshments
In Church Building: A Steward manages the operation for public events and helps serve. Wesley supplies hot and / or cold drinks (to be agreed in advance), necessary disposables and equipment. Takings go to Oasis Coffee Bar.
In Schoolroom: To be negotiated with Booking Steward.
